兩個建議，
一個是切換下資料庫版本到 MySQL 5.7 以上版本，然後 PHP 換到 7.3 ，WordPress 升級到最新的 5.3.2 版本，WooCommerce 降級到 3.9 的版本。
另外一個就是換個伺服器安裝個全新的 WordPress 測試下看看是否可以成功匯入。
我們一般也是透過 all-in-one wp migration 外掛來做的資料備份，恢復，很少遇到卡住不動的情況。
wp_remote_post() 這個是伺服器無法連線到外部遠端地址，會折騰的話，可以嘗試下。但和上面說的問題無關。

其一，用主體自帶匯入容器匯入時，提示由於 wp_remote_get 函式錯誤而無法匯入
其二，用 all in 1 wp migration 匯入時，進度為 78% 左右時停止不再匯入。

今天試你們百度網盤 classic（完整檔案大約 87M），上傳至 97.33% 停止工作
從評論上看，有很多付費的使用者也存在類似的問題 ，不限定 85M 的資料。
因此基於這樣的外掛使用主題，我們不認為是合適的。
主題是主題，外掛是外掛，實際上沒人非要讓你用備用方式匯入，
主題演示你能正常線上匯入就不用使用備用方式，備用方式是 avada 官方提供的檔案包，我們只是提供一個映象源。
匯入外掛作者非要限制收費，和你認為合不合適沒有什麼關係。
