两个建议，
一个是切换下数据库版本到 MySQL 5.7 以上版本，然后 PHP 换到 7.3 ，WordPress 升级到最新的 5.3.2 版本，WooCommerce 降级到 3.9 的版本。
另外一个就是换个服务器安装个全新的 WordPress 测试下看看是否可以成功导入。
我们一般也是通过 all-in-one wp migration 插件来做的数据备份，恢复，很少遇到卡住不动的情况。
wp_remote_post() 这个是服务器无法连接到外部远程地址，会折腾的话，可以尝试下。但和上面说的问题无关。

其一，用主体自带导入容器导入时，提示由于 wp_remote_get 函数错误而无法导入
其二，用 all in 1 wp migration 导入时，进度为 78% 左右时停止不再导入。

今天试你们百度网盘 classic（完整文件大约 87M），上传至 97.33% 停止工作
从评论上看，有很多付费的用户也存在类似的问题 ，不限定 85M 的数据。
因此基于这样的插件使用主题，我们不认为是合适的。
主题是主题，插件是插件，实际上没人非要让你用备用方式导入，
主题演示你能正常在线导入就不用使用备用方式，备用方式是 avada 官方提供的文件包，我们只是提供一个镜像源。
导入插件作者非要限制收费，和你认为合不合适没有什么关系。
